I write regular reviews for webBikeWorld.com, and my writing has appeared in Overland, Twist & Go, Rider's Digest and South East Biker, as well as on numerous motorcycling blogs. My current ride is a 2012 Honda NC700D Integra with 60,000 miles on the clock.

I took my CBT in 1997 and the A1 (Light Bikes) test in 1998. In 2005 I passed the full Category A test. Since then I've visited France, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia and the Czech Republic by bike, with a few other European countries thrown in along the way.

I'm a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorcyclists. I've taken part in the National Road Rally (including winning Best Scooter in 2006), the Round Britain Rally and the South West Peninsula Spring Rally. In 2009 I completed an Iron Butt Association Saddlesore 1000 (1000 miles in 24 hours) for the Royal British Legion.
